2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a business professional to use Orbina. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at info@orbina.co.uk.
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information about yourself or your business.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members.
• Send unsolicited marketing messages (spam) to other members.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you post on Orbina (such as your bio, business listings, and profile information). By posting content, you grant Orbina a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of providing our services.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or violate any applicable law.

6. Groups and Membership

Access to certain groups, events, and directory listings is restricted to members of those groups. Group organisers may set their own conduct standards for their groups, which you agree to respect. Orbina reserves the right to remove any member from a group for breaching these Terms or group-specific rules.

7. Intellectual Property

The Orbina name, logo, design, and all platform content created by Cartwheel Ltd are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any Orbina-owned content without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Orbina is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. We do not endorse or verify any information posted by members.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Cartwheel Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of Orbina. Our total liability to you shall not exceed £100 in any 12-month period. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting info@orbina.co.uk. Upon termination, your right to use Orbina ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or notice on the platform. Continued use of Orbina after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
